We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Expert (Lead) to become a key member of our team. You will take charge of safeguarding the security and integrity of SAP systems. This includes overseeing user access management, identifying and addressing security threats, and implementing robust measures to protect sensitive information.

YOU WILL

  • Oversee and manage SAP security roles and configurations.
  • Track and address security threats and incidents.
  • Perform periodic audits and reviews of security measures.
  • Establish and enforce security guidelines and protocols.
  • Offer guidance and training to users on best practices for SAP security.
  • Create and update documentation for SAP security workflows and procedures.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment with security standards.

YOU NEED

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP security management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP security principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience or understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of SAP Basis and ABAP.
  • Awareness of IT security standards and frameworks.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty, with experience influencing senior-level business stakeholders to align with SAP security standards.
