We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Client Experience Manager Systems to lead our dynamic team of 15 professionals, including developers, technical leads, and analysts. The ideal candidate will manage multiple client-facing products, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery. You will act as a communication bridge between stakeholders, coordinate work across teams, and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Join us as a Product Manager Systems

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for Product Manager Systems position with team lead experience to join our Data Transformation Technology team, working on a foundational greenfield internal project with potential for rapid adoption across BBH as well as commercialization.

Key Responsibilities Include
 

Oversee the delivery of multiple client-facing projects, including the award-winning InfuseDX. Manage a team of developers, technical leads, and analysts, including the management of other managers. Serve as the primary communication bridge between all stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective information flow. Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in project delivery. Coordinate work and integration efforts between the internal team and external teams. Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of shared components and client-facing platforms. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. Engage in strategic planning and decision-making to align projects with business objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders. Support team members' professional development and address any personnel issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.

Desired Qualifications

Proven experience in a team management role, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Demonstrated experience managing client-facing projects and leading teams with multiple direct reports, including managers. Ability to act as an effective communication bridge between all stakeholders. Proficiency in client management and handling inquiries or issues professionally. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on aligning team goals with organizational objectives. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate project risks.
