Position target:
2nd level support on all applications placed within the Road division Solving existing issues Manual and SOP creations Software access controlTasks and responsibilities:
Perform 2nd level support on Road applications placed within the Road 2nd level support team Supervision of the proper configuration of the Road DSV application in accordance with the DSV standards Take part of root cause analyse, management, source code, documentation Creating and updating documentation Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law, and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education
