You are a support specialist and problem solver

We are currently seeking a Digital and District Supporter to strengthen our team in Poland. While we value your IT experience and knowledge, it's your enthusiastic approach to daily challenges and ability to help customers that's in focus. 

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting corporate customers in Poland, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, helping them solve any problems.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing support to customers via phone, email, or website; Assisting customers in finding solutions to problems of varying severity; Prioritizing arising problems accurately, in a dynamic work environment; Supporting your colleagues by actively sharing your knowledge and expertise, and contributing to a collaborative atmosphere in the team.

Service-oriented and linguistically skilled

One of the most important factors to succeed in this role is good organizational skills, as well as a positive mindset and approach to change, as workloads and tasks vary from day to day. You should be a sociable team player with an outgoing personality, taking pride in always providing customers with the best service.

We expect you to have the following experiences:

+2 years of experience with telephone support or customer service; Fluency in Polish and English, both in speaking and writing; Experience with Microsoft products is a plus, but not a requirement.

Working hours

You will be part of a team working in shifts, between 8:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Thursday, and Friday between 8:00 and 18:00. You can expect to work 1-2 shifts per week until 19:00. We adjust our work according to Polish and English holidays.
