Aktualnie, w związku z intensywnym rozwojem, poszukujemy Kandydatki/ta na stanowisko:


Zakres obowiązków:

  • opracowanie strategii i standardów działań EKOEN dotyczących doświadczeń klientów;
  • wdrożenie i nadzór na bieżącą realizacją strategii;
  • poszukiwanie innowacji w zakresie doświadczeń Klientów;
  • ciągłe podnoszenie poziomu świadczenia usług EKOEN pod kątem potrzeb klientów;
  • opracowanie i wdrożenie metod pomiaru poziomu zadowolenia klientów;
  • wpływ na decyzje na etapach projektowania, realizacji, uruchamiania i eksploatacji produktów EKOEN;
  • analiza rynku usług w elektromobilności pod kątem podnoszenia standardu usług EKEON. 

Profil Kandydata:

  • doświadczenie i praktyka w obszarze Customer Experience;
  • wizja działania i systemowego podejścia do jej realizacji;
  • skuteczność i dynamika w działaniu;
  • praca zespołowa (otwartość na krytykę i dyskusję, przekonywanie, wywieranie wpływu);
  • odpowiedzialność za wyniki;
  • znajomość angielskiego na poziomie min. B2;
  • prawo jazdy kat. B;
  • znajomość rynku elektromobilności (mile widzialne).​
