Leading the payroll team in providing accurate, timely processing of payroll for all EMEA employees across the organization and coordinating with HR, accounting, and finance departments. The ultimate goal is to guarantee compliance and deliver exceptional payroll services that promote employee satisfaction.. Ensures continual improvement of payroll operations through new system implementations, analyzing payroll metrics, streamlining processes and identifying cost savings opportunities.

What will you be doing?

Leading and developing payroll team members, ensuring proper allocation, capability building and knowledge transfer. Driving continuous improvement of payroll services by implementing new systems, analyzing metrics, identifying process optimizations. Managing day-to-day payroll activities including paycheck calculations, reporting, auditing and departmental coordination. Handling employee payroll inquiries and complaints, providing guidance on compensation policies. Building relationships with stakeholders like HR, Finance, Executives to understand the needs. Focusing on accuracy, timeliness and compliance of payroll processing with high employee satisfaction. Guaranteeing legal and regulatory compliance for all payroll transactions and activities.



What are we looking for?

Strong understanding of HR operations, and experience in using new technologies/systems. Experience with Migration of HR processes from countries to a Regional HRSS Center. Knowledge of payroll processes in EMEA countires. Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective execution of shared services solutions across the stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines Experience in team management. Participation in the design and transition/implementation of HR SSCs for EMEA (20 countries, including 70% services within Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Spain). Minimum 5 years’ experience in various fields of Business Administration, HR or Process Management.  Skilled in effective leadership, people management, development, and excellent communication and customer service orientation Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or related areas. Language Skills: Internal corporate language: English min. B2 level required Working with customers: German B2 level as an asset
