The JLL Business Service (JBS) is an established accounting and finance operating Centre owned and managed by JLL to support all of JLL EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations and is the finance and accounting Centre for European accounting processes, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract to Billing, JBS finance, IFM and Asset Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reconcile the customer accounts, confirm balances Provide support to other AR Accountants reconcile the banks on daily basis/as per request Investigating and resolving customer inquiries Managing AR related documentation Carrying out reporting activities according to specific deadlines Review the AR Aging on a regular basis and supporting the Credit management process Independently reconcile AR related accounts and bank accounts (AR related transactions) Support in closing AR module and perform various Month-End-Closing related tasks; i.e. AR to GL reconciliation Managing AR issues and resolving them in line with the Service Partnership Agreement Assisting audit inquiries Cooperating with other departments to get successful resolution on complex tasks Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Skills

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Fluent in Polish , good /very good knowledge of English Excellent data entry skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook) Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Effective organizational, stress and time management skills Strong sense of work ethic Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
