Specific Country/Sector/department overview

The JLL Business Service (JBS) is an established accounting and finance operating Centre owned and managed by JLL to support all of JLL EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations and is the finance and accounting Centre for European accounting processes, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract to Billing, JBS finance, IFM and Asset Management.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that cash allocation process is smooth and efficient, in line with corporate policy and correctly reflected in the ledgers.

What this job involves:

Following established procedures for processing receipts, cash allocation etc. Contacting customers regarding payments received Carrying out bank reconciliation on daily basis Running month end closing reports Investigating and resolving customer inquiries Managing AR issues and resolving them in line with the Service Level Agreement

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

Very good spoken and written English, fluent Polish. French B1 will be a plus. Experience in Finance (preferably AR) Good MS Excel knowledge. Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities. Good problem solving skills and cooperation attitude. Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP package is an advantage.
