Position Purpose
We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as an office receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and announcing visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assisting guests in finding their way around the office
- Scheduling appointments
- Sorting, distributing, and sending mail
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Expense tracking and preparing reports
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Overseeing office facilities, including maintenance and cleaning
- Helping track and maintain office equipment and inventory
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies, catering
- Engagement in onboarding processes
- Helping in office and company events preparations
- Supporting executives or other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good time management skills
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
