In our team you will work in the maintenance and integration of their OpenShiftplatform and help in its integration with other FRONTEX core systems.

Main tasks include:

Installing, managing &Maintaining OpenShift Infrastructure - multiple OpenShift clusters to manageacross virtual, and cloud environments (installation, configuration, upgradesetc.) Monitoring and optimizingperformance, capacity and availability of OpenShift environments Acting as 2nd Line ofSupport in the area of OpenShift, container orchestration, networking, storage,and security. This includes standby duty (on-call rotation) for 24/7support for critical production systems. Collaborating closely withother teams (infrastructures, networks, systems etc.) and supportingdevelopment teams ( containerizing apps). Researching, preparing andimplementing changes to OpenShift enviroment: task automation, efficiency,security, and reliability. Producing administrationand maintenance documentation of the OpenShift infrastructure.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for anexperienced Linux administrator with:

Minimum 3 years experienceas a Linux system administrator, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Minimum 3 years experience directly working in an OpenShift environment Expertise in container orchestration frameworks such as OpenShift Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with cloud-baseddeployments. Expertise in troubleshooting OpenShift issues (orchestration, storage,security etc.) Expertise in monitoring and optimizing OpenShift system performance,capacity and availability Strong automation knowledge, proficient in Ansible

We will also value:

Valid Red Hat Certfified SystemAdministrator or Red Hat Certified System Engineer certification Valid Red Hat Certified OpenShiftAdministrator certification Experience with database administration(, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong scripting and automation skills,with proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar languages. Valid Personal Security Clearance at EUCONFIDENTIAL or above level is very valuable.
