stanowisk: kierownika sklepu nazywamy „headcoache”, zastępca kierownika
sklepu nazywany jest „zastępcą headcoacha”, kierownik działu nazywany
jest „coachem”.
Lider zespołu nazywany jest „Leadem”, a sprzedawca nazywany jest
„athlete”.

Jako zastępca Headcoacha:
- współpracujesz z Headcoachem, aby tworzyć doskonałą obsługę klienta w
dedykowanym sklepie
- koordynujesz, wspierasz i nadzorujesz zespół oraz współtworzysz doskonałą
atmosferę pracy (np. rekrutujesz, rozwijasz, wspierasz, współzarządzasz
wynikami sklepu)
- wdrażasz i udoskonalasz procesy i narzędzia operacyjne, aby osiągać jak
najlepsze cele sprzedażowe, optymalizować usługi i poprawiać zadowolenie
klientów, a także zwiększać wydajność sklepu
- nadzorujesz pracę działów – magazyn, sala sprzedaży- wspierasz Headcoacha w realizacji strategii Nike Inc w Twoim sklepie (np.
zrównoważony rozwój, członkostwo)
-dostarczasz raporty na temat działaności sklepu, lokalnych danych, uwagi i
spostrzeżeń klientów
- zapewniasz i dbasz, że sklep spełnia wszystkie standardy i wytyczne Nike
- współpracujesz z partnerami biznesowymi w sklepach i w Centrali
