Join our Administration Team as an Administrative Assistant in a top-notch office in Gdansk. This dual role is crucial for providing high-level administrative support to executives and ensuring smooth daily office operations. This position requires someone who has excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, good judgment, and strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

managing and organizing the executive team's calendars (coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and events) supporting executives in organizational and administrative tasks preparing primary documents and reports when needed managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls, ensuring proper documentation flow with the highest confidentiality liaising with external partners, suppliers of goods and services, and institutions (telecommunications, post offices, couriers, public offices, suppliers) managing the office space and liaising with the facilities manager monitoring office supplies and researching advantageous deals or suppliers providing general administrative support for the GetResponse office and its employees daily handling travel arrangements for all employees and the Board 

You may be a perfect fit if you have: 

at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position excellent organizational skills and attention to detail the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively the initiative to self-troubleshoot problems with a sense of responsibility and urgency a positive and proactive approach to work effectiveness in information research using Internet sources comfort working confidentially and under little or no supervision excellent communication and collaboration skills sound and proven knowledge of MS Office very good command of English (B2 level) native or close-to-native command of Polish experience in working on MacBook would be an asset active driving licence (cat. B) 

Salary range:  

Contract of employment: 5000 – 6500 PLN gross/month
