How you will spend your time as our next Master Data Support Specialist:

As our next Master Data Support Specialist (internally titled Group Master Data Analyst), you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and fit-for-purpose data within our global IT system. You will facilitate the roll-out of this system across various divisions, providing essential support to local markets and business units.

How you will spend your time as our Master Data Support Specialist:

Perform regular data quality audits, helping local markets identify and fix their master data quality issues.Generate new reports and metrics to measure master data quality.Execute mass data uploads to the IT system, ensuring processes are followed correctly and the right levels of approval are granted.Maintain and update supplier master data records according to established processes and guidelines.Collaborate with the group master data manager and local master data users to continuously improve the master data area of the IT system.Support local markets with new user onboarding and training.Assist in data migration, mapping, and validation activities for the roll-out of the global IT system. Provide training and support to local end-users on data entry, maintenance, and governance procedures.

What we expect of you:

Proficiency in working with master data, data analysis, or analytics.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3, SAP, Oracle) or similar systems (CRM, Cloud, etc.), including Infor M3 or a master data governance application.Familiarity with data migration processes.Experience in implementing or supporting global systems within a multinational organisation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations.Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse setting.A strong command of spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
