The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic starter / young professional to strengthen the team in the operational heart of the company: Merchant Operations. This department is responsible for a range of operational processes, ranging from: daily statement processing, data-entry, remittance handling, file handling, chargeback & disputes and much more. Confused by this specific terminology, do not worry We will explain what this all means when you join our team.

Curious about our department yet? The Merchant Operations department consists out of 60 dedicated professionals, who all have one thing in mind: providing the best service for our Merchants. You will be a part of the Chargeback Resolution Team of 9Dispute Specialists. This team is responsible for Chargeback & Dispute Management handling. As with every team, our team is only as strong as the weakest link, therefore, you must be able to work well in a team, have a strong team spirit and love working together with your colleagues. Together we can make it happen

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You will handle disputes on behalf of our clients (merchants)You will analyze the dispute documentation, evidence provided by our clientsYou will create the daily reportsYou will attend daily meetings where we discuss escalationsYou learn the business model of our merchants to enable you to better analyze documentation or evidenceYou will contribute to the departmental SLA (Service Level Agreement)You love working in a team but are not afraid of making a decision yourselfYou will contribute in various chargeback and dispute related tasks within the team
