: Determine and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement joint business strategies. Regularly conduct business reviews to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide support and organize trainings to channel partners to ensure a deep understanding of our products and solutions Proven ability to compete in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment Maintains regular contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction as well as accurate understanding of market conditions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related Life Science field Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or a similar role Familiarity with customer base in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Academia and Material Sciences and experience of Laboratory Consumables and Equipment Products. Proficient in data analysis and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Excellent language capability of English and Russian

Location: Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey close to a major international airport hub
