Strategic Sales Manager Miejsce pracy:

Strategic Planning:
co-create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and ensure the company's long-term growth. Create crafted sales plans, tactics and promotional strategies for key sellers on the platform

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key sellers on the platform. Understand partner's needs and provide tailored actions to meet their expectations.

Sales Forecasting and Performance Monitoring:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Track KPIs execution, improve actions plan if needed to deliver on the results.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, business development and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market strategy and customer satisfaction.


Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with strategic clients.

Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve overall customer experience on
Our requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales area
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel as required
Optional Quick-pace startup experience will be a plus

Its more than 8,000 registered users from 30+ countries have constant access to 3 GW+ of available components from 100+ manufacturing brands, located in more than 100 warehouses across Europe. This diversity ensures that the installers have constant access to the best deals on a wide range of equipment, from various manufacturers of modules, inverters, storage solutions, and all necessary accessories.
