We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join in our team in Warsaw, Poland. 

 

What can you expect?

Represent Vertiv in front of our clients, listen to their needs, understand the details of their contexts and issues they are facing, resolve their questions, explore and uncover business opportunities. Ensure and keep the businesses running at optimal level. Work is done in an autonomous environment, which emphasizes customer satisfaction, entrepreneurship, ownership and achieving results.

 

What will your average day look like?

  • Drive the sales of full VERTIV portfolio products and synergy products 
  • Increase customer engagement and retention rate as to maximize sales potential and develop VERTIV products
  • Perform regular visits to clients and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotional activities
  • Increase brand loyalty and promote our products and solutions in relation to our customer needs
  • Maintain and update reporting systems, run scheduled and ad-hoc analysis, participate in team meetings and share your customer experiences

  • Report on all projects monthly advising status and likely timing of order placement
  • Provide monthly sales reports, forecasts, detailed job list
  • Qualified interface for legal commerce of products in according to the Regulations

 

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • University degree ( Engineering preferred, but not a must)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package 
  • Good knowledge of norms and contractual regulation issues
  • Previous exposure running sales in the Polish market
  • Knowledge about Polish Data Center market (preferred but not must)
  • 3-5 years of experience;
  • 50% travel requirements;
