Strategic Account Manager
Remote – Poland

Position Overview:
As a Strategic Account Manager for H.B. Fuller, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our presence in the Polish market within the construction adhesives sector, particularly in the "Envelope" segment. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving market growth, and cultivating key relationships with specifiers, architects, and decision-makers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a global company with a mission to "Connect What Matters" by delivering innovative adhesive solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for the Construction Adhesives Sales Team.
• Coordinate communication and activities to ensure effective plan execution.
• Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to capitalize on future growth opportunities.
• Drive achievement of commercial targets, optimizing market share, pricing strategies, and profitability.
• Proactively anticipate and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize sales processes and tools to maximize effectiveness.
• Allocate 30% of your time towards identifying and pursuing larger growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage account plans for both short- and long-term growth, while managing profitability and risk.
• Negotiate pricing and margin using value selling to capture optimum results.
• Own the contact matrix, ensuring internal and external expectations are set and met.
• Deliver tailored value propositions to drive customer intimacy and loyalty.
• Provide expert insight and strategic partnership to customers on key industry issues.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technical/mechanical or marketing.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• A large network within the construction adhesives industry in Poland.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience within the Construction Adhesives Industry (marketing or technical experience may be considered).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of the adhesives, sealants, and tapes market.
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Experience negotiating and managing long-term contracts.
• Expertise in providing strategic insights and solutions to clients.
