About Us

Flex Wind is a provider of wind turbine installation, blade repair and maintenance services in Europe, both Americas, and Africa. Today, nearly 200 technicians work with Flex Wind in Europe - both onshore and offshore farms. The year 2024 will be a year of significant growth for us. We are expanding our service package, entering new markets, new areas of activity, and starting to work with new clients. This is our first long-term maintenance project in Poland. We're looking for skilled technicians to join our team and ensure the efficient and safe operation of wind turbines across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance of wind turbines.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation and update maintenance systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Technical secondary education (electrical, mechanical, or automation preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in wind turbine service or similar industrial roles.
  • Certifications (Mandatory):
    • GWO (Working at Heights, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, First Aid).
    • GWO BTT.
    • ESQ + LOTO 2.
    • C-Level Service Certification.
    • SEP (up to 1kV or higher).
    • UDT certification.
  • Language Skills: English - B2 level required
