We are looking for a highly experienced IT professional in end-user support with a strong blend of technical expertise, process knowledge, and business insight.

YOU WILL

  • Oversee local IT end-user support, including network services.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of IT end-user support in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and continually enhance local IT support performance.
  • Collaborate with local IT and business stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with IT support and infrastructure vendors to ensure top-tier IT service delivery, with a focus on end-user satisfaction.
  • Manage the local IT budget and contracts, ensuring optimal value for investments in IT services.
  • Work closely with IT Product Owners, Service Managers, and other internal stakeholders to align with the broader IT strategy, establish regular service feedback loops, and ensure employees have the necessary tools and resources for productivity.

YOU NEED

 

  • 5-10 years of hands-on IT support experience, including managing IT support teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), with ITIL certification and experience using Service-Now as a plus.
  • Skilled in supporting end-user and network equipment, with expertise in asset management considered an asset
  • Experienced in collaborating with IT Product and Service Teams.
  • Strong background in project management (Waterfall and Agile methodologies), with PMP certification being an advantage.
  • Expertise in vendor management, including contract negotiations and service level agreement oversight.
  • Customer-focused with a consumer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience in managing IT equipment and service budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize urgent activities in a dynamic environment, including handling escalations and VIP requests.
  • A curious team player, eager to learn and adapt quickly in an evolving workplace environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
