Job Description

We’re looking for a savvy change management and communications expert to join our Global Technology and Operations team of Publicis Production to play a critical role in roll-out, onboarding and related change of our PX platform – an internal content production workflow and content automation platform.

The Lead will play a pivotal role in managing change initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies and fostering engagement among our employees and partners globally.

Responsibilities: 

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support the successful implementation and adoption of the PX platform. Develop change management plans, conduct impact assessments, and engage stakeholders to promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of the new platform to drive platform adoption globally. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients’ teams, and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance on using the collaboration platform to maximize productivity and collaboration. Communication Strategy and execution in partnership with Global Comms Lead: Develop and implement a robust communication strategy for the introduction and ongoing use of the PX platform. Craft key messages, identify target audiences, and select appropriate communication channels to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information. Co-lead training and Support: Give guidance to PX Training Lead and support development of training materials, resources, and guidelines to facilitate the onboarding process and ongoing usage of the PX platform. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on platform features and best practices, while offering ongoing support and assistance. Content Creation: Work closely with the Global Comms Lead, and the PX training lead, and content creators to develop compelling and informative communications content, such as newsletters, emails, and video tutorials, that highlight the benefits and capabilities of the collaboration platform. Measurement and Analysis: Establish metrics and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of communication and change management efforts. Analyze data, collect feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and refinement of strategies. User Feedback and Advocacy: Act as a liaison between users and the PX Product team, gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and advocating for user needs and preferences to ensure the collaboration platform meets the evolving requirements of our employees, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

Proven experience in change management and communications roles, preferably within a tech-driven environment or software implementation projects. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in guiding individuals and teams through change, addressing resistance, and driving adoption. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration, trust, and engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and effectively convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. Experience in developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and webinars to support user onboarding and platform adoption. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance communication and change management strategies. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives forward. Familiarity with Production content workflow and content automation tools and their features, understanding their potential for driving productivity, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
