We are looking for you, if you:

  • have an expert knowledge about Service Level Management, Portfolio Management, Customer Experience Management,
  • have proven track record of successfully managing and improving SLM processes in areas of performance and service catalogue design, reporting and controlling,
  • have expertise in analysing and interpreting complex data to drive strategic decision and improvements,
  • thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams and management to achieve common goals.

You'll get extra points for:

  • strong problem-solving skills with focus on implementing sustainable solutions, preferably based on Design Thinking methodology,
  • excellent project management skills to drive initiatives aimed at continuous service improvement,
  • working knowledge of European sourcing policy in financial sector,
  • in-depth knowledge of working for or with Shared services (Hub),
  • proficiently in utilizing SLM tools and platforms,
  • exceptional analytical skills to asses and improve service metrics.

Your responsibilities:

  • supporting the team with driving cross organizational and global standards,
  • implement and maintain control mechanisms to ensure full standardisation and compliancy with relevant policies,
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of service improvement and implement strategies accordingly,
  • conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of service teams and service owners in business areas.

Information about the squad:

Team of experts supporting multiple functions across organisation as well as Global SLM Team. Central SML team within ING Hubs Poland that provides Procedures and Guidelines for SLM related topics.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Change Portfolio Consultant IV”.
