The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Customer Service Senior Representative handles multiple inquiries and develops solutions for moderately complex issues within the customer service areas, such as Account Management, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics and Order Management.
The CSR independently assures premium service, in all its aspects, to the 3M Premium customer base, more specifically customers active in the Safety and Industry business.
Your contributions will make a significant impact by:
Handling of customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, freight and quality claims, payment deductions or discrepancies, and other related policies and procedures
Maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts by understanding, anticipating, and identifying their product and especially service needs. The CSR visits – together with the 3M sales manager – the selected Premium Accounts
Self-preparing service performance reports and participates in customer meetings to identify/propose opportunities to improve 3M service, customer satisfaction, communication, and efficiencies
Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with 3M terms and conditions
Conducting service process analysis and drives cycle time and OTIF improvements
The CSR liaises with 3M Sales Support in regard of RFQ
Coordinating the management of Product Quality Complaints (liaise with Customer Issue Resolution Representative)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Facing – B2B experience nice to have, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service
English and Polish at minimum C1 level (any other European language skill like Czech or German is an additional asset)
Team player, persistent and results oriented, Good communication skills
Strong skills of SAP (ERP system), Salesforce (CRM system), Excel, PPT
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Good communication skills and ability to present professionally and confidently (both via telephone and face to face)
Commercial flair on the phone and in face to face meetings with Key Accounts
Premium service mind set towards Premium Accounts
- proactive service and communication
- analysing and creating of moderately complex performance scorecards
Well organized and independent at dealing with complex issues
Eager and capable at improving service and logistics processes
Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
