The Project Management Office (PMO) announces recruitment for the position of Engagement Manager.
At the PMO there is a team of experienced managers involved in the processes of presales and delivery of complex and demanding IT projects or services.
In the case of the Engagement Manager position, it is a leading role in the bid management process and is an important project stakeholder during delivery.
Join our Team to support building the winning sales strategy and conduct the bid process successfully.
Your role Being in the Bid Leader role accountable and responsible for presales quality and efficiency and the final result of the bid management process according to the company’s standards and methodologies Developing customer/subcontractor/vendor relationships, providing consultation to clients and project team regarding technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during presales and delivery stages Working as a Presales Community Leader developing presales standards and improving the competencies of key people involved in the bid management process If necessary acting as a Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase Supervising and supporting the delivery process, with PMO performing project audits for incompatibility and threat identification, promoting effective teamwork Addressing customer issues, and working with sales teams to generate new business Participating in conferences to promote the maturity and potential of Sii Your skills Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications Minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level Knowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tender will be an additional advantage Excellent ability to analyze customer’s needs and requirements Familiarity with negotiation techniques Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people Very good command of English and Polish Fluent in German will be an advantageJob no.240603-OO65W
