Z nami będziesz:

  • Odpowiadał/a za wyniki biznesowe projektów obejmując odpowiedzialność operacyjną za ich skuteczną realizację;
  • Monitorował/a realizację projektów pod kontem efektywności, wydajności i optymalizacji;
  • Zapewniał/a i nadzorował/a raportowanie obrazujące poziom wykonanej usługi zgodnie z parametrami uzgodnionymi z klientem;
  • Zapewniał/a nadzór operacyjny nad procesami związanymi z produkcją oprogramowania (analiza, development, wdrożenia);
  • Zapewniał/a wskazówki techniczne i wsparcie dla nadzorowanych zespołów;
  • Planował/a, organizował/a i monitorował/a prace podległych zespołów;
  • Zatrudniał/a właściwych ludzi we właściwym czasie - do wsparcia realizacji projektów;
  • Zarządzał/a wiedzą w organizacji, definiował/a umiejętności/technologie, których należy się nauczyć i planował/a rozwój w tym kierunku;
  • Zapewniał/a, odpowiednie procesy tworzenia oprogramowania i standardy inżynieryjne;
  • Budował/a i utrzymywał/a długotrwałe relacji z klientami;
  • Uczestniczył/a w przygotowywaniu ofert we współpracy z działem sprzedaży

To CIEBIE SZUKAMY jeśli masz:

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku (zarządzanie projektami IT, zarządzanie dostarczaniem usług IT);
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu skalowalnych systemów;
  • Dobre zrozumienie i praktyczna implementacja best practices;
  • Biegłość w omawianiu i analizowaniu różnych koncepcji wynikających z wyzwań technologicznych;
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu zespołów i projektów z praktykami inżynierii oprogramowania;
  • Kierowanie i zarządzanie zespołami;
  • Umiejętność pracy i budowania zespołów rozproszonych geograficznie;
  • Umiejętność rozwijania współpracy opartej na zaufaniu i synergii z pracy zespołowej;
  • Umiejętność podejmowania trudnych, pragmatycznych decyzji;
  • Znajomość rynku usług IT i procesu ich sprzedaży;
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu relacjami z klientami;
  • Skuteczność i efektywność w osiąganiu celów biznesowych;
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1;
  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne lub pokrewne
