Key Responsibilities

Provide expert medical advice and education to internal and external stakeholders on Galderma's products, clinical trials, and new developments. Develop and implement local medical affairs plans aligned with global strategy. Lead the training of internal staff on product knowledge and disease awareness. Collaborate closely with Marketing to support pre- and post-launch activities. Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and facilitate their involvement in scientific activities. Oversee clinical projects, medical information dissemination, and regulatory support activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in roles such as MSL, Medical Affairs Manager, or Medical Advisor. Relevant life-science degree (for example MD, PharmD, PhD) is required. Industry experience in dermatology and/or Aesthetics will be considered a strong plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English for scientific purposes. Deep understanding of clinical data interpretation and analysis. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
