Job Description
Summary of role and objectives:
Performing audit missions across the Group in order to evaluate efficiency & effectiveness of the internal controls framework; Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, corporate policies & procedures; Providing recommendations on controls & process improvements and ensuring these are implemented (including validation & documentation in Group financial policies & procedures).Role & Objectives:
Performing audit missions aimed at identification of internal control deficiencies and other accounting issues / non-compliance with IFRS; Ensuring compliance with corporate policies & procedures; Providing recommendations on controls & process improvements, and ensuring these are implemented (including validation & documentation in Group financial policies & procedures); Supporting deployment as well as evaluating efficiency & effectiveness of the internal controls framework, Advising on set-up and implementation of key internal controls principles (e.g. segregation of duties), Liaising with other Group functions to ensure control standards & best practices are deployed and operate effectively; Developing and refining audit toolkit (templates, tools, data repositories);
Qualifications
Qualifications and experience required:
Min. 3-4 years of experience in Auditing/Internal Control or areas like controlling, accounting, reporting; Good technical and conceptual understanding of accounting under IFRS, finance policies, processes & controls, Experience in internal controls system deployment and its effectiveness assessment as well as segregation of duties implementation / verification is a plus, Excellent analytical and communication skills; pro-activity; enthusiasm; Very good knowledge of Standard Microsoft office products (especially Excel); familiarity with VBA, Power BI, Power Automate and ERP systems is a plus; Perfect fluency in written and spoken English. A good knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
