Position Summary:

As CX Techno Functional Analyst you will be responsible for designing and configuring solutions, supporting the Business-as-usual requirements, and supporting the upgrades and implementations of SAP Commerce Cloud to meet the organization’s needs.

Reporting to the Head of Omni Channel Competency Centre, you will act as a primary point of contact between developers (Internal /External), business analysts and the business stakeholders.

The role will work very closely with the Omni Channel Demand Manager and CX Business Analyst to understand the requirements from the business.

You will function as first level support for business-as-usual issues arising in SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing cloud as part of daily operations.

Key elements of the role

As CX Techno Functional Analyst you will help drive the delivery of initiatives within the Omni Channel functional areas utilizing primarily SAP Commerce Cloud & SAP Marketing Cloud. Help design, develop, and deliver enhancements in the form of specific projects and change requests. Maintain efficient operations and enhancements in SAP Commerce Cloud. Maintain efficient integrations with SAP CPI or other integration tools. Provide SAP Commerce Cloud expertise to respond to business requests. Provide Support to business teams in the resolution of complex support topics. Conduct quality testing to ensure functionality and integrity of implemented solutions. Provide ongoing technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle. Gain an understanding of the existing ARYZTA CX processes, configuration, and enhancement points in place across our various divisions and being able to help in the support of these. Leading build activities including configuration, investigation of enhancement points. Defining and supervising build and test cycles and supporting training content material preparation. Leading cut-over planning and execution and providing initial high-attention post-live support. Develop strong relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users to drive the effectiveness of primarily SAP Commerce cloud but also SAP Marketing cloud. Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, providing a functional perspective. Coordinate with the various resources inc. Internal / External developers to ensure a timely implementation with zero impact to customers. Compliance with ARYZTA documentation standards. Collaborate with the other technical team members in designing and implementing solutions in SAP Commerce Cloud. Support user acceptance testing in both SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud Potential European travel to project locations

Required experience, skills, and competencies:

Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud, configurations, and runtime customizations is a must. Experience with Flexible Search and SQL may be advantageous. Knowledge of integrations with SAP CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) or similar integration tools. Experience in functional analysis of B2B Commerce projects, including understanding business processes and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies like Scrum. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Aptitude for analysis and resolution of complex problems related to B2B Commerce. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to interact with different stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams. Very familiar with MS O and the usage of MS Teams Must be adaptable and able to learn new skills and tools quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a global organization respecting regional and local cultural and organizational differences. Ability to deal with ambiguity, multiple priorities and stretch goals. SAP Marketing Cloud experience a distinct advantage. Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (German and/or French is a clear advantage) Good presentation, workshop management and documentation skills

Qualifications

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline. Desirable - SAP Customer Experience Suite certifications across any/all the modules but specifically SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud
