We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Procurement Specialist with German skills to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing procurement data to ensure the smooth running of our procurement processes. Your ability to communicate effectively in German, along with your strong attention to detail, will be critical to maintaining the integrity of our data.

 

YOU WILL

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter procurement data into our systems, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Data management: Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information, purchase orders and stock levels.
  • Communication: Liaise with English speaking suppliers and vendors to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage procurement documentation, ensuring all records are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team and other departments to support various procurement activities and projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

YOU NEED

  • German language skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and systems would be an advantage.
