W związku z rozwojem naszego biznesu nawozów sztucznych w Polsce, poszukujemy osoby do współpracy w zakresie obsługi klienta oraz monitorowania stanów magazynowych z siedzibą w Warszawie. Kandydat (m/f/d) powinien być chętny do zajmowania się liczbami, monitorowaniem zapasów i fakturowaniem. Dodatkowo kandydat (m/f/d) będzie w stałym kontakcie z kierownikiem sprzedaży, CSO oraz działem kredytowym w Hamburgu.

Twoje zadania:

Przejęcie odpowiedzialności za wystawianie faktur sprzedaży, not kredytowych i debetowych, zapewnienie sprawnego zamknięcia miesiąca i roku. Twoja rola obejmuje ścisłe zarządzanie operacjami obsługi klienta w Polsce, gwarantując wyjątkowe doświadczenia dla użytkowników końcowych. Wykorzystaj swoje doświadczenie w obsłudze procesu reklamacji w Polsce, współpracując z kierownikiem sprzedaży w celu szybkiego rozwiązania i zamknięcia plików. Obsługuj reklamacje faktur z precyzją i zaangażowaniem, pilnie śledząc zaległe sprawy. Wykorzystanie SAP ERP do przetwarzania i aktualizowania transakcji biznesowych w sposób dokładny i wydajny - tutaj liczy się Twoja wiedza. Zaangażowanie w przestrzeganie przepisów jest niezbędne; przestrzegaj wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych procesów i przepisów, zapewniając zgodność ze standardami (standardy jakości, towary niebezpieczne, cła, podatki, Incoterm itp.) Skrupulatne prowadzenie list monitorowania dostaw, zapewnienie terminowych i dokładnych wysyłek - dbałość o szczegóły ma kluczowe znaczenie.

Twój profil:

Idealni kandydaci powinni posiadać praktykę w dziedzinie handlu, dyplom w handlu międzynarodowym lub równoważne szkolenie. Kandydaci powinni mieć co najmniej 1-3 lata odpowiedniego doświadczenia. Poszukujemy gracza zespołowego, który jest entuzjastycznie nastawiony do ułatwiania realizacji biznesu i współpracy. Silne umiejętności organizacyjne i talent do dostarczania rozwiązań są niezbędnymi atrybutami. Obowiązkowym wymogiem jest wcześniejsze doświadczenie w obszarze fakturowania i logistyki. Wymagana jest biegła znajomość języka angielskiego, a znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.
