The Dermatological Beauty Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.
Now we are looking for a talented & motivated Senior Demand Planner who will drive S&OP HUB process in L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division.
As a Senior Demand Planner you will:
Manage the sales forecasts quality and the global monthly sales forecast process at HUB Level. Facilitate the local trend process by working with Finance and Business teams on gap analysis between forecast/trend and be responsible for calling out risks and addressing actions behind. Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history. Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams. Animate the improvements of the sales forecast practices. Be responsible for the catalogue management and contribution to its rationalization. Manage a team of one demand planner. Drive cooperation with main customers in the area of joint forecasting.You're the perfect match if you have:
- years of experience in Demand Planning role. Good analytical perception of complex situations or data. SAP experience. High proficiency in Excel. Experience in joint forecasting process with customers. A focus of being goal-oriented and problem solving team player. Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills. Complexity management ability. Fluent English and Polish. Experience in team management – it would be an asset.Moreover, you are:
