Join OLX and see how far you can go.As an SEO Product Manager you set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer needs and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for success. You will work directly with design, research, engineering, analytics to collect input, mold requirements, and validate features. You drive prioritization for your area, communicate with internal stakeholders, conduct user testing with customers, and work on the go to market plan with product marketing. You will also be responsible for driving product adoption and improving the customer experience through your products while aligning with the bigger OLX goals. About the role We are seeking an SEO Product Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing an SEO roadmap. This role requires influencing skills as the candidate will need to work closely with existing product and marketing teams without having a direct team initially. The SEO Product Manager will oversee two vertical domains: real estate and motors, ensuring a broad scope of influence and impact. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate closely with external agencies to achieve SEO goals and create a comprehensive vertical SEO roadmap.

Who are we looking for?

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in driving positive SEO change in larger ecosystems, building SEO strategy both content and technical.  You are able to extract insights and define a roadmap focused on solving crucial customer needs. You are able to take end to end responsibility for their product. Is able to work independently with support and guidance from the Head of Product. You are curious and take initiative to dig into the why, what & how You are a problem solver that is not afraid of taking on big challenges and breaking them into products that bring value to customers and OLX. You value collaboration and build consensus in and outside of your team, in the spirit of teamwork. You have excellent communication skills both written and oral communication skills. You are required to be proficient in English. You are open to diversity in all shapes and sizes. Prior product management experience in Internet or e-commerce companies would be a plus.
