Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication plans for system deployments and releases. 

Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions during system updates. 

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of training sessions related to system updates and new releases. 

Create and distribute communication materials and training documentation. 

Collaborate with senior experts and team leaders to align communication and change management strategies with overall program goals. 

Participate in planning meetings to stay updated on upcoming deployments and system changes. 

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication and change management initiatives. 

Provide support for resolving user issues and addressing enhancement requests related to system deployments. 

Stay informed about trends and best practices in deployment communication and change management. 

Contribute to global deployment efforts to enhance user adoption and acceptance. 

Represent the department at relevant internal and external meetings and conferences as needed. 

Our requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in project coordination, communication, or change management roles. Experience in a technical environment is a plus. 

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact. 

Proactive and self-motivated with keen attention to detail. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

Good understanding of GxP systems, Engineering, Requirements Management, Quality, and Regulatory systems. 

Familiarity with change management principles and practices. 

Certifications (Beneficial):
Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ITIL Foundation Certification 

Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B2)

A willingness to travel within Europe, Asia and in the US as needed to support projects.
