your daily tasks

  • Kompleksowe prowadzenie transakcji finansowania Project Finance.
  • Strukturyzacja transakcji uwzględniająca różne źródła finansowania.
  • Prowadzenie procesu uruchomienia środków oraz monitorowanie warunków umownych.
  • Monitorowanie i raportowanie na potrzeby finansowania bankowego.
  • Prowadzenie negocjacji dokumentacji finansowej.
  • Opracowywanie modelu finansowego.
  • Budowanie i zarządzanie relacjami z zewnętrznymi partnerami w szczególności z Bankami, ale również z Funduszami i JV Partnerami.
  • Ścisła współpraca z innymi jednostkami firmy, w szczególności dep. Prawny, Development, Project Management, Leasing.

  • Posiadasz doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku po stronie banku, dewelopera, firmy doradczej lub inwestora (warunek konieczny).
  • Posiadasz doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu projektów
  • Znasz dokumentację opartą o standard LMA.
  • Potrafisz budować i utrzymywać długotrwałe relacje biznesowe.
  • Posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie min. C1.
  • Posiadasz umiejętności analityczne.
  • Posiadasz bardzo dobre umiejętności samoorganizacji.
