People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for IT Business Analyst / Product Owner

Your duties will include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of project progress with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project objectives and resolve issues.
  • Support the creation of high-level and low-level designs.
  • Lead go-live/release activities and ensure smooth implementation of new features.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.

 

Requirements that must be met:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner (min. 5 years).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Experience as developer would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Very good English and Polish.
  • Experience with process modeling techniques would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working on solutions for integrated systems would be an asset.

We have an office in Krakow, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. Over the next few months, we plan to continue working this way. After that, you decide according to what you prefer. We are OK with fully remote work. For us, you can be located anywhere. :)
