PermanentWhat you'll be doing:
Trade Marketing Junior Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and analysis of all marketing activities in the local market retail / digital channels; to support business growth through the retailer’s engagement, customers activation, ensuring the perfect execution of Avon priorities. The main purpose is to manage and develop Avon brand within the retail/digital channels according to the strategy. To constantly support the brand image in the local market.Key responsibilities:
A Trade Marketing Manger in Avon is a professional responsible for promoting and selling products in the dedicated Customers.
Their main tasks include creating and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with Customers, and cross-teams in Avon.
The key responsibilities are as follow:
Planning and Execution of Trade Marketing Activities. Developing and executing trade marketing activities for Customer in line with the established strategy e.g. a)Portfolio recommendation on the shelf/ additional exposition/placements in POS etc.b)Promo recommendation c)Shelf planogram managementd)Tailor made offers proposals Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing market trends and creating reports on campaign results. Collaboration with Sales / Marketing/ Supply teamsto achieve goals. Monitoring Competitor Activities: Keeping track of competitors’ marketing actions and analyzing their impact. Designing and Implementing Point-of-Sale (POS) Materials: Creating and deploying POS materials for sales points. Budget Management and Reporting: Handling the marketing budget and reporting on campaign performance. Exploring Innovative Marketing Tools: Collaborating with innovative marketing tools such as mobile marketing and social media.In summary, a Trade Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in creating new development opportunities for Avon, entering new areas/sales channels where the largest players in the Beauty category are present.
Requirements:
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer & shopper behaviour, category management & business insights in FMCG contex +3 years of experience in Trade marketing / Category Management within international company Wholesale or Consignment retailer experience (Beauty preferred)Marketplace experience (Allegro preferred) Fluent in written and spoken English Proactive, excellent project management skills. Customer focus and ability to develop customer value propositions Analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
