Poszukujemy kandydata/ki, który/a planuje związać swoją karierę zawodową ze sprzedażą sprzętu medycznego i obejmie początkowe stanowisko na naszej ścieżce kariery w dziale handlowym. W tej roli nie będziesz miał/a indywidualnego planu sprzedażowego, ale będziesz miał/a możliwość poznania specyfiki pracy w naszej organizacji, zdobycia wiedzy na temat rynku oraz naszych innowacyjnych produktów.

Po rocznej efektywnej pracy na tym stanowisku, będziesz miał/a możliwość awansu w strukturach działu, co będzie wiązało się z samodzielną obsługą klientów na powierzonym terenie i z realizacją celów sprzedażowych.

Będziesz odpowiedzialny/a m.in. za:

Zdobywanie umiejętności niezbędnych do efektywnego zarządzania terytorium i rozwoju sprzedaży zgodnie z regionalnymi celami

Zdobywanie wiedzy dotyczącej przeprowadzania szkoleń i warsztatów wśród pielęgniarek, instrumentariuszek i chirurgów na temat stosowania produktów Stryker Endoscopy

Poznanie i zrozumienie potrzeb szpitali w celu zapewnienia odpowiedniego poziomu zaopatrzenia w oferowane produkty. Zrozumienie jakie są wewnętrzne mechanizmy zakupów i zarządzania zapasami przechowywanymi w szpitalach

Naukę rozpoznawania potrzeb klientów i identyfikowania możliwości promocji i sprzedaży produktów firmy Stryker

Zapoznanie się z różnymi sposobami dostarczania produktów do szpitala i nauczenie się zarządzani tymi kanałami w sposób najlepiej odpowiadający potrzebom naszych klientów

Dbanie o obsługę klientów na najwyższym poziomie, rekomendowanie najlepiej dobranych produktów, budowanie relacji z kluczowym personelem w szpitalach

Ścisłą współpracę z innymi Przedstawicielami Handlowymi w określonym regionie oraz z Krajowym Kierownikiem Sprzedaży w celu zapewnienia najwyższego poziomu obsługi klienta. Uczestniczenie w szkoleniach i konferencjach branżowych

Jesteś zdeterminowany/a do rozwoju w obszarze sprzedaży sprzętu medycznego

Masz za sobą pierwsze doświadczenia w obszarze sprzedaży (mile widziane)

Swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim (m.in. ze względu na międzynarodowe szkolenia produktowe)

Posiadasz prawo jazdy kat. B i jesteś gotowy/a do pracy w terenie (Warszawa / Łódź)

Nie masz przeciwwskazań do przebywania na sali operacyjnej

Lubisz pracować w zespole i nie jest Ci obce przeprowadzanie prezentacji
