Your professional qualifications include: 

  • Experience in customer service 

  • Good communication skills in German and English both verbal and written. 

  • Relevant education and experience in the payment industry and contact centre environment are seen as benefit

  • Ability to work different shifts (24/7), especially evenings and weekends
