Your responsibilities:
Performing 2nd level support of CRM Dynamics 365 (In DSV – this CRM is implemented in 85 countries on 6 continents) CRM configuration and customization – mainly Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules Troubleshooting in CRM Building workflows and cloud flows using Power Apps Testing new features in cooperation with the development and test team Creation and updating documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.)Our requirements:
Good experience in support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience in customizing Dynamics 365 Power Apps skills Analytical mind Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience of working in an international environment Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT) Fluent EnglishWhat we offer:
