Description

We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join our team in Warsaw as a Customer Service Specialist with proficiency in Portuguese. You will be joining a leading global producer of cutting-edge medical technology, playing a crucial role in the Service Operations department of our Global Business Service Center. Your primary responsibility will be to support our service structures in the LATAM region.

The company is committed to adhering to global best practices and consistently delivering improvement initiatives worldwide through standardized processes and skilled personnel. Reporting directly to the Service Operations Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the impactful operations of our global medical company.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Issuing service invoices.
  • Managing service contracts in the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) system.
  • Creating service sales opportunities and quotes.
  • Resolving customer billing queries.
  • Issuing purchase orders for external suppliers.
  • Distributing field change orders to customers.
  • Conducting follow-up calls related to customer surveys.
  • Providing support in cash collection.
  • Offering high-quality, sustainable support to the Service organization.
  • Executing other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Director related to business development and the growth of the Service Operations department.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s (BA) or Master’s (MA) degree in economics, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales service support roles.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (as you will be working in an English-speaking environment).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications; working knowledge of the CLM system is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for personal and team results, with a drive to achieve goals. Ability to streamline and simplify work processes, and a passion for problem-solving.
