Customer Development Specialist

Responsibilities: 

Developing the base of customers (Fashion and Beauty industry) according to the company's strategic plan;  Analyzing customers needs; Negotiating with the customers and preparing quotations;  Scheduling B2B meetings with the customers;  Establishing and registering all the details of the first sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management); Implementation of KPI's. 

Requirements: 

1-2 years experience in logistics in customer service;  Fluent writing and speaking English and Polish languages (Russian will be an advantage);  Ability to work for the result;  High communication skills;  Knowledge of an international freight forwarding services market; Negotiation skills.
