Our Sales Department in Poland is looking for a

 

                              Business Development Specialist PL HUB (f/m/d) (100%)

 

The purpose of the job is to evaluate and improve sales strategies, identify new customers, write proposals, and work in conjunction with other departments to align strategies. Analyze consumer behavior to meet product demands and preferences and perform competitor analysis. The person will need to travel frequently (approximately 3 or more days per week) across all over Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Identifying new channels and market oportunities, hyper segment
  • Reporting findings and get approval from senior management, when required
  • Evaluating and improving sales strategies, identifying new customers
  • Writing proposals, preparing direct offers and liaising with other departments to align strategies
  • Analyzing consumer behavior to meet product demand and preferences
  • Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share
  • Implementing efficient customer communication
  • Identifying and negotiating sales deals that promote stable income
  • Building a sustainable customer base
  • Support the sales team on the field and actively follow-up the implementation of the sales strategy

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development (must have)
  • Experience of working in both international accounts and independent accounts
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, e.g. SalesForce
  • Advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies
  • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities
  • Proven ability to increase competitiveness and market share
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations
