Ovoko is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce startups in Europe, representing 3000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers, and auto dismantlers. Our mission is to make the internet a better place for the automotive aftermarket by elevating the online experience for our partners and customers.
About OvokoWe're constantly searching for new ways to improve our services and are looking for talented professionals to help us tackle every new challenge with confidence. As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in remote acquisition of Ovoko Partners across Poland.
The Role of the Sales SpecialistKey tasks include initiating telephone contact with sellers of used car parts, qualifying them, presenting our online solutions, finalizing deals, and training them on how to use the Ovoko platform. It's essential to build engagement with the sellers and convert them into well-functioning and educated Partners.
- Remotely acquire new partners for Ovoko
- Assess the potential of partners and categorize them
- Actively seek new business contacts
- Work closely with Business Development Managers operating in the field
- Ensure quality service in collaboration with the Account Managers
We're looking for individuals with sales experience in customer interaction, particularly in call centers. Key skills include:
- Openness and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Persistence in achieving set goals and a positive attitude
- Experience in start-ups is an advantage
- Knowledge of the automotive market is a plus
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and communicative knowledge of English in both speech and writing
