About Our Client
We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to join an energetic FinTech/Crypto startup with ambitious expansion plans across the Polish and European markets. This is a fantastic chance to jump in at an early stage in a project that promises personal growth and long-term career success.
What Your Day Might Look Like
Actively reaching out to new clients and growing a network of business partners.
Crafting and launching sales strategies that align with market needs and customer expectations.
Motivating teammates, collaborating, and celebrating together when goals are hit
Keeping an eye on market and competition trends to always stay ahead of the game.
Working hand-in-hand with internal teams to create solutions that our clients will love.
Who We’re Looking for
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the retail space - bonus points if you know the FinTech or tech industry
Fluency in Polish and English (a must for team communication).
A people-person with a talent for building relationships and a flair for negotiating.
Highly motivated, independent, and always up for a challenge.
Team-oriented, full of energy, ideas, and a great sense of humor
