Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you will:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential markets and clients within the IT outsourcing, IT consulting, and custom software development sectors
- Conduct in-depth prospecting to build a robust pipeline of potential clients, focusing on companies that could benefit from nearshoring, onshoring, and offshoring services
- Customize your outreach strategy to address the unique needs of each prospect, effectively communicating the value of our IT services
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce our services and establish initial relationships
- Work closely with the Business Development Managers to refine outreach strategies and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales
- Establish and nurture initial client relationships, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team
- Regularly report on prospecting activities, lead generation progress, and KPI achievements to help refine business development strategies

Qualifications
- Min. 1 year of professional experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of the basic processes of commercial transactions and sales techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2/C1)
- Strong communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships
- Strong commitment to achieving set goals and driving business growth in both local and international markets
