HR Team’s primary role is to provide ongoing support to the employees and managers across designated region. The multi-faceted scope of HR Operations includes managing employees’ life cycle and assisting them in HR-related day-to-day tasks. As a department, HR Operations strives to implement and maintain HR best practices, foster employee relations, ensure exceptional employee experience, and contribute to building sustainable organization.

Responsibilities:

While on the team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional employee experience by helping employees feel supported and focused on their roles. The scope of your work will include:

  • personal data and information administration in HR systems,

  • assisting employees as they go through career changes such as transferring roles or moving locations,

  • providing support in HR related throughout employees’ personal life altering events such as illness or childbirth,

  • collaborating with your team through participation in projects surrounding the topics of HR processes, policies, and best HR practices.
