What you will be doing

· Provide leadership, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders on driving the engineering strategy into the team.

· Deliver regular 1-to-1’s, objectives setting, probation assessment, personal development plans, performance evaluations and succession planning.

· Collaborate with Developers, Team Leaders and Managers.

· Act as a mentor/coach, providing personal development and career growth, and sharing best practice and knowledge to enhance your teams’ skills.

· Ensure technical debt is managed effectively.

· Contribute to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.

· Drive and lead technical teams including drive the participation of both the customer and development teams, enabling collaboration and successful delivery of projects.

Who we are looking for

· Extensive experiece in development within an Agile environment.

· Practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gitlab.

· Expertise in Java, Spring, Kafka and Microservices architecture.

· Expertise in React and NodeJS, graphQL

· Ability and experience in analysis apps monitoring and logs and concluding problems/issues out of it.
