Main purpose for the position
As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of from a Group perspective. You will work closely with our Solution Architect, Product Development team and collaborate with various stakeholders in the countries to ensure our global solution is understood and utilised most effectively.
Your key responsibilities will be:
System Implementation: Lead the actual implementation of Employee Central from a Group perspective, including system configuration and integration with other third-party applications. System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize to improve efficiency, user experience, and alignment with business objectives. Identify and implement enhancements to streamline HR processes and workflows. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with P&C leaders, business stakeholders, and IT counterparts to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that new implementations align with our global data model and standards. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HCM software and HR technology. Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to drive business value and enhance the employee experience.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3 years) in managing HCM software applications, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Solid understanding of HR processes and practices, including employee lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.Preferred Qualifications:
Certified in Employee Central Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices in HCM systems. Experience with change management processes and techniques to drive user adoption and organizational change.Why ISS
