2D Art Generalist

At the heart of our game development journey, we're in search of a talented and versatile 2D Generalist (Game Artist) who is passionate about crafting visually stunning and user-friendly experiences. You'll team up closely with our tech geniuses and business brains, making sure your art not only looks good but fits perfectly with game mechanics and our market goals.
Your responsibilities include
- 2D art creation, including character design, environment art, UI/UX design and marketing materials aimed at promoting games.
- Developing art for multiplatform games (PC, Mobile) with a keen understanding of the technical and artistic requirements unique to each platform.
- Passionate about competitive, skill-based multiplayer games and familiar with the latest trends in game design and user experience.
- A collaborative team player who is open to feedback and eager to work together to achieve common goals.
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to conceptualize and execute a unified visual style that supports our games' mechanics and narratives.
We're Looking for Someone With
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- At least 2 shipped games/products.
- Ability to quickly visually iterate conceptual designs.
- Ability to adapt to different art styles on demand to meet project expectations.
- Fluent Polish in both spoken and written (as it is the primary language used within our company), and good command of English.
- Experience in working closely with the Game Design team to make sure that the Design principles are seamlessly translated visually.
- Experience in working closely with Game Developers to make sure that implementation of visual assets flow seamlessly following the requirements and limitations of the given platform.
- Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator or any other program that helps with the process of concept art and the production of 2D assets.
- Team player mentality. Decisions made should benefit the team.
- Self motivated, good work ethic, and eager to take the initiative to solve problems.
- Knowledge of platform (Unity) limitations and requirements.
- The ability to independently implement assets, UI, and VFX in Unity, either without or with minimal support from developers.
- Knowledge in UI and UX for both PC and mobile.
- Knowledge in 2D animation.
- Knowledge of 3D asset production (3D modeling, UVing, texturing).
- Experience in Multiplayer Games production.
