Location: Poland - remote
Founded in 2012, the RTB House team comprises 1000+ specialists in over 30 locations around the globe. It serves more than 3,000 campaigns for clients across the EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions. What you will do:
Be the first point of contact in day-to-day HR topics and guide associates through HR processes;Welcome new hires on board and conduct HR-related induction;Be responsible for local L&D initiatives;Summarize satisfaction survey results and support Team Leaders and Project Managers in follow-up projects;Participate in HR projects roll-out and lead small local HR initiatives;Support Senior HRBP in Performance Management Process;Prepare draft internal communication for selected departments;Support Team Leaders and Project Managers in organizing team initiatives (both offline and online);Liaise with internal partners (HR HQ, payroll, legal, finance).Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience working in HR function;Fluent English and Polish (min. C1) both written and verbal;Focus on results and solution-driven approach to work;Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks and get things done;Strong interpersonal and communication skills (active listening);Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices; Excellent Presentation skills;Passion and energy while working with people.We offer:
